The space is great for a couple, friends who fish together, or anyone looking to get away from the hustle of city life.The spaceExperience life on the water in the 1000 Islands!We require a 500 dollar cash deposit the moment you step foot on our property. Upon checkout, we'll inspect for damages & extra cleaning (the space must be left as you found it - tidy). Broken glass, furniture, clogged septic pump from flushing anything other than human waste/toilet paper, ripped screens, bottle caps/cigarette butts on the ground, holes in walls, dirty dishes, excessive amounts of bugs inside due to leaving doors open, etc. requires extra cleaning costs & time that your deposit will cover. If the space/property is left in the same condition as you found it, all of the deposit will be returned upon checkout after we verify.
