Towels and bed linens are provided.Note: it’s a studio space so you are sleeping in open quarters - sometimes the fridge compressor runs, so if you’re particular to background noise, this may not be the spot for you.There are some beautiful vacant warehouse buildings adjacent to the laneway behind the house where your entrance and parking are - so although the view from the deck isn’t what some might consider ideal, you can dine on your deck and only a minute stroll down your laneway, is the stunning water front with picnic tables and benches. The area is very safe - the historic buildings are being preserved and developed into condos. No major construction has started, its not scheduled to begin for another year.Guest accessThe unit and parking spot are at the back of the house which is accessed by the lane way behind. Entry is via key from a lock box so we don't need to be there on upon your arrival.Monthly rental only.
