Melody Lodge is located half an hour north of the city of Kingston, at the southwest end of Cranberry Lake in Seeley's Bay, Ontario. Cranberry Lake is just one section of the Rideau Canal, leading all the way to Ottawa, Ontario. The Rideau Canal was Ontario's first UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition to Cranberry Lake, Dog Lake and Whitefish Lake are also accessible by boat for fishing. You'll find no shortage of pike, panfish, bass, laketrout, or crappie in these waters. Come visit them to see beautiful natural scenery and find great fishing spots! Melody Lodge offers both daily and weekly rates for 14 cottages (1 to 4 bedrooms) and 4 transient campsites. They also have 28 seasonal sites. Boats and motors are available for rental. For more water activities, bring along a swimsuit, canoe, or jetski. The marina offers gas, diesel, a concrete boat ramp, shore power, and deep water transient/seasonal dockage. Don't forget to go by their convenience store, where you can find 8 flavours of Reid's Dairy ice cream, freshly-brewed coffee, bait, tackle, souvenirs, clothing, and more.
